Caldicot & Gloucester Official Liverpool Supporters’ Club – Ticket Policy

This page outlines how tickets are issued, booked, and managed for all matches and trips. Please read in conjunction with our Membership Terms & Conditions.

1. Ticket Eligibility

  • Priority is given to current Members only. Non-members may book tickets if any remain.

  • Members must hold a current official LFC Membership (Adult or Junior).

  • Tickets are issued in the registered member’s name only.

2. Booking Tickets

  • Tickets are booked via the Membership Portal on our website.

  • Booking opens typically 4–6 weeks before the match.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking via card or PayPal.

3. Ticket Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email once payment is processed.

  • Wait at least 24 hours after membership activation before purchasing tickets.

4. Collection & Delivery

  • Tickets may be: emailed, collected at the coach departure point, or collected at Anfield (if specified).

  • For away trips, collection points will be notified via email.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the match is postponed or cancelled by Liverpool FC.

  • Postponed tickets remain valid for the new date.

  • Tickets may be transferred to another member with prior approval.

6. Matchday Conduct

  • Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.

  • Members must adhere to Liverpool FC’s Terms and Conditions of Entry.

  • Misconduct may result in suspension of membership and club privileges.

7. Lost Tickets

  • Report lost tickets immediately. Replacement tickets may incur fees depending on LFC policies.
