C&G OLSC Membership Verification Policy

As part of our status as an Official Liverpool Supporters Club (OLSC), it is strict branch policy that all C&G OLSC members must hold a valid and current Liverpool FC membership. To comply with this policy, proof of your current LFC membership must be submitted for review upon joining or renewing your C&G OLSC branch membership.

Required Proof of Purchase

Please provide a copy or screenshot of your Liverpool FC membership email confirmation or online membership confirmation via the LFC website

To ensure your proof is valid, the document or screenshot must clearly display the following details:

• Your Full Name
• Your LFC Supporter ID
• Active Membership status for the 2026/27 Season (valid through May 2027)

Please note – for junior C&G OLSC members, a date of birth will be required for information purposes only.

Step 1: Log Into Your Account

1. Open your web browser and go to the official Liverpool FC website (liverpoolfc.com), or go directly to account.liverpoolfc.com.
2. Click on the “My Account” or “Log In” icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Enter your registered email address and password, then click Login.

Step 2: Navigate to Memberships

1. Once logged in, you will be directed to your personal dashboard. If you aren’t automatically redirected, click on your profile name/icon at the top right and select “My Account” from the dropdown menu.
2. From your main account dashboard menu (usually located on the left-hand side or in a top navigation tab), look for and click on “Memberships” or “All Red Membership”.

Step 3: Locate Your Name and Expiry Date

1. On the membership details page, you will see your active All Red Membership (Full, Light, or Junior).
2. Ensure your Full Name and the Membership Expiry Date are clearly visible on the page.

Note: Official LFC seasonal memberships for this cycle expire on 31 May 2027. Make sure this date is fully loaded and readable on your screen.

Step 4: Take the Screenshot

Make sure the final image is not cropped too tightly—your Name and the 2027 expiry date must all be clearly legible in the file you save.

Email Proof of Membership

Please provide a copy or screenshot of your Liverpool FC membership email confirmation. This email must come directly from [email protected] and confirm either your official purchase or renewal.

To ensure your proof is valid, the document or screenshot must clearly display the following three pieces of information:

• Your Full Name
• Your LFC Supporter ID
• Active Membership status for the 2026/27 Season (valid through May 2027)

Important: Please ensure no critical details are cropped out or blurred. Your unique 2026/27 seasonal details must be fully visible to complete verification.
